Commercial postal scale with concave brass pan; brass arm and sliding brass weight on cast iron base in shape of two merging circles; base is black with gold and green trim; arm graded to 32 lbs. with serrated top edge; marked "POSTAL SCALES" on one side; "NEW WARREN SCALE CO. MONTREAL" on other; circa 1910.
