Description

Indenture of release by the Bank of Upper Canada to the Honorable Christopher Widmer. Dated July 3, 1844 and framed in black and gold frame. Transfer of property, originally owned by the Honorable James E. Small, part of a park lot #3, some 35 acres, located in the north part of Toronto. Transfer for the sum of one thousand, three hundred and sixty-five pounds.
