Scope and Content

Cover and letter. Two sheets of (lignin-free?) paper, folded on the horizontal third lines and again on the vertical third lines. The name 'Mr Jacob S Glen' and the address of 'Town of Glen, Montgomery Co., State of New York' are written in black/brown ink on the letter cover. Two round, red ink, stamps overlap in the top proper right of the letter cover, reading 'Weston June 20' and 'City of Toronto U.C. JU 23, 1835'. The word 'Free' is stamped in red ink along the top edge.
