Scope and Content

Cover and letter. Two sheets of (lignin-free?) paper, folded on the vertically in half and again on the horizontal third lines. The letter is addressed to 'A. Hamilton Esqr... Queenston' written in brown ink. A round postmark stamp in red ink in the top proper right corner of the cover, reads 'City of Toronto U.C. JA 13 1838'. The word 'Free' is stamped in red ink in the top proper left corner of the cover.
