Scope and Content

Marriage card. Small folded paper, marriage thank you card. Printed in silver ink, the front proper right/top fold, has a stylized 'H' initial. The front proper left/top fold has a stylized 'O' initial. Proper right inside fold has the name 'Mary Jane Horan' printed in silver, and arrow through the 'Horan'. Proper left inside fold has the name 'Jonathan v. Oakley' printed in silver. Center, inside card, has 'With Mr. Mrs. J.V. Oakley's compliments' in the middle/center. Along the bottom edge of the center, inside of card, is the town name 'Parsonstown' and the date '15th September, 1898'. The front fold edges are inked in silver.
