Description

Small red paper box containing steel pen nibs. Small oval portait on top, proper right corner of lid; the name 'R.Esterbrook & Co' and '1858' printed in white on top of lid; 'Pens' printed in white with a black outline on the top of the lid; Black and gold label adhered to bottom third of lid (top and side walls) with '#312 Judges' Quill' along top and 'No. 312' on either side wall. Bottom of box has torn black label ends still adhered and white label with black and red print. Box contains nine (9) no. 312 nibs and elven (11) no. 940 nibs.
