Travelling apothecary scale. Wooden box , lid and base are attached along back with wire hinges. Loop and hook closure on the front of the box. Box contains a steel balance and brass scale pans, pans attached with green thread. Green and red/purple silk tassel attached to top of steel balance handle ring. Two brass weights, each with circles on the obverse and reverse, corrosponding to amount of weight (unit of measurement unknown).Dimensions
