Description

Brass colonial government handmade padlock, with keyhole cover that slides up. Just above the keyhole is a crown with 'V.R.' underneath and the words 'SECURE LEVER' stamped on it. The shackle swings to proper right. When the keyhole cover is lifted up you can no longer see the stamp.
