Description

Brass colonial government handmade padlock with brass keyhole cover marked 'VR' under Victorian Crown. The keyhole cover swings all 360° around in both directions. Underneath the keyhole cover and encircling the keyhole is a laurel pattern. The shackle swings away to proper right.
