Description

Domed tin (?) box with hinged lid. Lid swings away at 180° and is characterized by an additional metal band ornament in the middle. The rectangular latch catchs on a protruding metal hoop, is unlocked. A saudered lighter colour metal runs down the middle of the interior of the box, perhaps as a repair. Most likely painted entirely in black, paint pigments remain on the surface of the box.
