Pewter (?) box with screw-on lid. Overall smooth surface, the body of the box is engraved with three (3) rings. The centre of the lid features an engraved circle with two rings incized on the outer edge. Hallmark 'HMS' in the diadem of the crown is stamped on the bottom of the base. The rim of the base flares out. It appears that a metal addition has been saudred to the bottom of the base, probably as a repair.Dimensions
