Nickel silver dinner knife, missing part of ivory handle. The obverse of the blade is faintly stamped three (3) times 'MD' closer to the neck. Attached to the neck of the blade by a darker nickel band is a portion of the original ivory handle. Where the handle has been cut of broken off, a wooden rod which is then inlaid with a nickel (?) rod is in the center, that would have kept the handle in place. The handle is marked by diagonal ridges as ornamentation.Dimensions
