Personal hygiene knife with one blade, two tools (one opaque plastic toothpick, one steel scope). The sides are made of plastic with a tortoise shell pattern and held together by two pins on either end. There is a decorative metal diamond with two dots on either end of the diamond in the center of one side of the body. the steel scope says 'CZECHO SLOVAKIA' at the base of the shaft.
