Description

Cathey Langione fueling up an aircraft.

Context

Excerpt from Cathey's autobiography: "I did most of the fueling for at least the first couple of years. I enjoyed doing it and felt it was a good way to meet the pilots. I got good at handling the ladder, too, knowing where to put it just right so I would be safe when fueling the high wings." (p. 228)
