Program and related histories associated with the Town of Sand Lake, NY, hosting a Faith Mill Day on March 12, 1991. It includes a two-page history written by Robert J. Lilly entitled, "The Faith Knitting Co., of Sandlake, Manufacturer of Shirts and Drawers, 1887-1991," as well as a few paragraphs regarding the disposition of flag that was awarded to the Faith Mills by the US government for its exceptional manufacturing efforts during WWII. Hard copy, as well as handwritten notes used to compile the program and histories, are stored in a, "Faith Mills Day," folder that can be found in the 2nd Drawer of SLHS File Cabinet 1 located on the second floor of Town Hall.Collection
