Sixty-six-page PDF of a ledger of real property valuations for the Town of Sand Lake. The ledger records valuations in alphabetical order by the name of the property owner and is missing its cover and first page or two. Thus, it lacks dates and some valuations beginning with the letter, "A." However, since the ledger lists valuations for Swansdown Knitting Company, it must relate to valuations made sometime between Swansdown's inception in 1904 and Swansdown being renamed to the Thermo Knitting Mill in 1920. Thus, this entry notes 1912 as an estimated date. The ledger also lists valuations for the Averill Park Land Company and Wynantskill Hydro Electric Company, which further dates it to the early 20th century.
