Twenty-three-page PDF of poll lists, election certifications, and school district and school trustee assignments. The label on the cover of the ledger simply states, "Poll List Sand Lake NY March 6th 1894." However, the ledger actually includes separately certified poll lists for 1894 and 1895, separate certifications of election results for each of those years, and two separate school district and corresponding trustee lists for 1896 and 1897. The poll list and election results note challenges by the elected election inspectors and the local court and justices of the peace appear to have had a much larger role than today in conducting the elections, resolving any disputes, and certifying the results. The PDF is downloadable while fully logged into the system. Refer to the three example pages for a preview of its content.
