Single page of research notes by the TOSL Historian (apparently the one after Modolyn Carpenter) regarding Moscow, the Civil War Horse, which is buried in the Sand Lake Union Cemetery near James K. Averill. The notes also mention the connection of Ms. Evelyn Howard of Rhode Island to better marking Moscow's grave. Refer to the Military section of this site for a bit more about Moscow as well.
