2021.2.62Scope and Content
Fourteen-page PDF listing the membership of most or perhaps all of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows (IOOF) lodges located in and around Rensselaer County from approximately 1892 through 1927. The ledger was likely kept by someone affiliated with the Interlocken IOOF Lodge 641, which appears to have been centered in Sand Lake along with a Daughters of Rebekah Assembly, which began as a IOOF auxiliary, as well as the area-wide leadership of the IOOF. The, "Various Artifacts and Photos Display," entry in the Town Hall Displays folder of this system includes the heavy metal and scepter-like Door Symbol for the Sand Lake based Interlochan Rebekah Assembly #92. Refer to the weblinks portion of this entry for more about the IOOF as/if desired. The organization remains active, no Sand Lake affiliates remain. The PDFs are downloadable while fully logged into the system. Refer to the example page for a preview of its content. A much higher resolution PDF is stored off-line and available upon request under the file name:
