Description

One Sand Lake Springs five-pint water bottle and one seven-ounce Sand Lake Springs soda / soft drink bottle. The spring was likely located about three quarters of a mile East of West Sand Lake and reportedly a chalybeate spring, meaning it offered natural mineral waters containing iron salts. Both bottles are extra as compared to the SLHS Sand Lake Springs bottles that are already publicly displayed in Town Hall, wrapped in newspaper and plastic, marked, carefully tucked inside the cardboard box displayed in this entry, and stored in SLHS File Cabinet 5 - Drawer 3. Refer to the other entries in this folder for additional pictures of identical bottles as/if desired.
