Sand Lake Historical Society File Cabinet 1 (SLHS-FC1) Drawers 1 to 4 (D1 to D4). The drawers are actually shelves in the case of this cabinet. General contents include:
- Drawer / Shelf 1 - Binders storing SLHS General Business Meeting Minutes 1974 to the advent of Google Suite online minute archiving around 2018, Past and present SLHS Constitutions and ByLaws, past membership records, Pictoral Review of SLHS Fund Raising and events from 1974 to 1996, and a Loius Bopp Merry-Go-Round Framed Photo. Note: The Horatio Averill books were moved to Drawer 2 of SLHS File Cabinet 3 which is fire resistant.
- Drawer 2 - Supervisors of the Town of Sand Lake 1813-2004 Research Binder, Sand Lake Schools Pictures and Memorabilia Binder, SLHS Related Newspaper Clippings Binder, Historical Highlights Binder 1974-2005, a People and Places Binder, SLHS General Articles Binder #1, and SLHS General Articles Binder #2.
- Drawer 3 - SLHS United States Bicentennial Plate, various other commemorative plates from surrounding communities, Rite Aid construction blueprints, various town maps, part of a dismantled Sand Lake Springs box, two large chunks of glass, and several plate stands.
- Drawer 4 - Two approximately 1-foot by 2-foot plastic boxes with blue lids storing SLHS's collection of DVDs, CDs, and cassette and VHS tapes, two identical binders of SLHS newsletters from 1974 to approximately 2010, and an Averill Park High School seat cushion.Context
