Thirty-three-page PDF of agreements and accounting related to:
- Two 1898 agreements to establish the West Sand Lake Driving Association (see page 3 of the PDF) and its officers and reserve the outermost lane of (presumably) the Younghans' racetrack that once stood near the current Miller Hill Elementary School for bicycle driving for a fee of fifty cents per year (see page 25 of the PDF);
- A 1912 agreement to rent use of the historic 130-acre Fayette Thomas farm to Harvey G. Higgins (see page 29 of the PDF), and;
- A 1913 agreement between Fayette and Ada Thomas and Arthur C. Furguson to rent a boathouse and ice harvesting boats and facilities to Arthur provided he served no intoxicating drinks and ran a respectable establishment.
In addition, the ledger lists Thomas/Higgins farm receipts and expenses from 1902 to 1945 on pages 4 to 24 of the PDF. This entry also includes some Thomas Farm-related photos.
