Postcard of King Street West, Toronto, Canada with Van Vlack postmark, 1908Context
On the back of the post card is:
Imprinted on the center, top portion of the card in green letters, "Private Post Card" with a logo below it that resembles a "C" with an "N" on top. Below this, the bottom 3/4 of the card is separated by a green horizontal line. A green vertical line separates the bottom are with "THIS SPACE MAY BE USED FOR CORRESPONDENCE" on the left and "THIS SPACE FOR ADDRESS ONLY" on the right.
On the bottom left corner of the postcard, imprinted in green text is "A. 730. 14." this text is difficult to decipher.
In black ink, in handwriting, is written on the left side of the card:

Dear Friend,-
Received your pretty card. Lena was home for a month but she has gone back and now Allie is home for a while. We are having lovely weather now and get out mail regular. Write soon.
