Articles of Agreement, September 16, 1940 between W.A. Trace (contractor) Allenwood, Ont. and Hector Hamlett (owner) Toronto, Ont. Mr. Trace agrees to building a cottage for Mr. Hamlett on Lot 13, Plan 814 similar to one built for Mr. J. Benson on Lot 1, Plan 814. The cottage will be 22x22 with four rooms, Arrowlock shingles and includes a pump. The cost is $500 for the cottage with $200 paid on signing of the agreement. The remaining $300 is due on May 1st, 1941. The agreement is signed by both men and indicates no debts against the land and all taxes are paid.Acquisition
