As noted on the back of the picture, photographed on June 2, 1962, after the verandah was added, a beachfront cottage is pictured. A visible sign reads: "Beach...Inn". The location is thought to be just east of 13th Street (not confirmed). Two other buildings can be seen to the left of the beachfront cottage.
