On July 2, 1923, deed between Albert Woods (Grantor), farmer and William A. Trace(Grantee), farmer both of the Township of Flos, $1000 paid for the purchase of property described as: "in the Township of Flos in the County of Simcoe, being composed of the NORTH half of Lot Number twenty-two in the tenth concession of the said Township of Flos, save and except thereout and therefrom that portion of the said north half lot described in registered deed Number 12406 for the Township of Flos (portion referred to was sold previously in 1923)
