Agreement dated June 19, 1953 for rental of property, located on Plan No. 721 Part Lot 22, Conc. 10 Flos between landlords, David R. Campbell, teacher of the Town of Midland in the County and his wife Hazel Campbell and tenants, William A. Caesar, bank manager and J. Irene Caesar, his wife, both of the Village of Elmvale in the County of Simcoe. Joint tenants paid $2500 to Hazel Campbell for land and premises.
