Deed describing purchase of land, August 14, 1923 between Albert Wood of the Township of Flos (Grantor), an unmarried man to William A. Trace of the Township of Flos (Grantee)for the amount of $250. The land is described as: "being composed of part of broken Lot Number twenty-two in the tenth concession of the said Township of Flos and which part of broken lot is more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the north east angle of the south half of said Lot Twenty-two, Thence N:32 degrees 18 minutes West one thousand three hundred and eleven feet (1311); Thence South nineteen degrees twenty-two minutes West Five Hundred and Twenty-seven feet (527), Thence North Thirty-two degrees eighteen minutes west, five hundred and thirty-two feet(532) to the highwater limit of Nottawasaga Bay Thence north easterly following the high water limit of said Bay One thousand and eighty seven feet (1087), more or less to its intersection with the lot line between the north halves of lots twenty-one and twenty-two in said tenth Concession of the Township of Flos, Thence South thirty-two degrees eighteen minutes East on line between said lots twenty-one and twenty-two Two Thousand two Hundred and thirty feet (2230) more or less to the south east angle of the north half of said lot twenty-two, Thence south westerly following the division or blind line between the south half of lot twenty-one and the North half of lot twenty-tow Four hundred and fourteen feet(414), more or less to the place of beginning.Acquisition
