Context

Dated October 24, 1935, an agreement between Albert Wood (Grantor), and William A. Trace (Grantee), both of the Township of Flos, to purchase a tract of land described as the south 70 acres of Township Lot No. 23, 10th Concession of Flos Township, except for a strip of land two rods in width (10.0584 meters or 33 feet) on the extreme westerly side of the tract of land running from the 10th concession line of Flos Township to the water's edge of the Georgian Bay, and which strip of land is conveyed to the Municipality of Flos.
