The document is a copy of a daily summer train (Canadian National Railway) schedule from Toronto to Stayner and Collingwood and return. Trains ran daily except Sunday. Elmvale is also listed on the schedule noting "no connection". The daily summer bus schedule is also listed from Toronto to Wasaga Beach and return.
It is noted on the bottom of the document:
NOTE: TRAIN Schedules are on STANDARD TIME.
BUS Schedules are on DAYLIGHT TIME.
