The binder contains Jack's Lake Women's Institute Tweedsmuir History compiled by Mrs. Lewis Cook. The historical background of properties on Concession 12, 13 & 14, Sunnidale Township is included as well as the history of the Jack's Lake Women's Institute. The first meeting of the Jack's Lake W.I. was held on October 4, 1922. The last meeting was held December, 1980. The group disbanded at this time due to low membership. The group fundraised, made donations of various types to various causes and provided fellowship within their group and in surrounding communities.
