The black and white photo with white border, yellowed with age, is a picture of the Nottawasaga River with the Main Street steel bridge in the background. Cottages/homes are visible on shore close to the bridge. Two people are paddling a canoe with a riverboat ferry closer to shore in the river. Hydro pole and lines are also visible. "River Scene, Wasaga Beach, Ont. Canada." is printed in small letters across the bottom border of the post card.
"POST CARD" is printed on the back of the card with lines to divide the area for writing. "MADE IN BELGIUM" is printed in tiny letters below this with "CORRESPONDENCE" and "ADDRESS" are printed further below. There is residual black construction paper attached in patches to the back of the card including the Stamp box indicating the card has been removed from a photo album page. The back of the card also has vertical and horizontal gold lines covering a large portion of the area. Split postcards were created 1907 to 1915 and white borders were included on postcards 1915 to 1930.
