Context

The photograph shows a ferry boat with two levels for patrons to stand on with covers over both levels. A British flag is attached to the front of the boat with a second flag at the back. Several children are on the boat. The glossy black and white picture has an ornamental border around the picture which was common in the 1930's era. Wrinkles cover more than half of the photo.
