Title to the North half of lot 22, concession 10 Township of FlosContext
"Albert Woods of the Township of Flos in the County of Simcoe. Do solemnly declare that (1) I am the grantor mentioned in instrument 12406 dated the 14th of August 1923, and registered the 19th of April 1924, conveying parts of the North Half of lot 22, concession 10 in the Township of Flos. to William A. Trace (2) That I am also the grantor in instrument 12654 registered the 1st day of August 1925, conveying part of the North Half of lot 22 concession 10, in the Township of Flos, to William A. Trace. (3) That I was at the time of the execution of the said instruments unmarried and that I am at this date still unmarried. And I make the solemn Declaration conscientiously believing it to be true, and knowing that it is of the same force and effect as if made under oath, and by virture of "The Canada Evidence Act." Declared before me at the Village of Crossland in the Township of Flos this 22nd day of October A.D. 1930. Signed by Albert Wood and T.E. Smith, J.P.Acquisition
