Statutory Declaration: "In the matter of a Title to the North half of lot 22, concession 10, Township of Flos, County of Simcoe. Samuel Allen of the Township of Flos in the County of Simcoe. Do solemnly declare that (1) That I am the grantor mentioned in instrument #11705 dated the 15th of April 1921, and registered the 19th of April 1921, conveying the north half of Lott 22 concession 10 in the Township of Flos to Albert Woods. (2) I was at the date of the said conveyance and still am a widower. And I make this solemn Declaration conscientiously believing it to be true, and knowing that it is the same force and effect as if made under oath, and by virtue of "The Canada Evidence Act."
