This was purchased from a used kimono dealer in Tokyo in 1971. Was supposed to be “old” at the time. Tie dyed with the texture remaining The pattern was not considered before assembly. Intricately braider ties Upper back is lined with a pale printed silk that seems to be a mid-century modern design with a Japanese twist.Acquisition
