A two-panel cloth decorated with polychrome colors, ikat stripes, and warp-float patterning. One panel is slightly wider than the other. The two end borders are finished with slit tapestry and small design in supplementary-weft wrapping.

Acquired 1992 in a mountain village beyond Maubisse in the Aileu District, then without a current independent weaving tradition. There is a Maubise village in Timor (West Timor) which is a diﬀerent place. 1992 in Lospalos, Lautem district Timor-Leste.
