This family history folder contains a photograph of James Forrest Johnson and his wife Amelia Emma Saisbury (photos). James Forrest Johnson was born on 25 December 1864 in Michigan near Goodrich, Ontario Province, Canada, the son John and Margaret (Forrest) Johnson. James first married Lolita Irene Short, but she died. He then married Mary Jane Owens, but she also died. Then in Hillsboro, Traill County, North Dakota, on 26 October 1886, James Forrest Johnson married Amelia Emma Saisbury. Amelia was born on 23 July 1870 in Durham County, Ontario Province, Canada, to parents Thomas Henry and Elizabeth (White) Saisbury.
