I, No. 1 (Oct. 1926), to Vol. VII, No. 1 (Oct. 1932), published by the State Historical Society of North Dakota, are available for reading at the TCHS Plummer House Museum in Hillsboro, ND. These North Dakota Historical Quarterly journals were donated to the TCHS by James Ahrlin, as documented in a letter by Jim Ahrlin dated 11 March 2022 (see below). Jim was a science teacher at Galesburg in Traill County, ND, and has now retired to Eveleth, MN.
In addition, Jim Ahrlin has provided a page of notes about some of the papers in each issue of the journal (see below).
The North Dakota Historical Quarterly journal later was titled: North Dakota History and continued to be published as a quarterly by the State Historical Society (see Catalogit Book entry 2025.222.1).Acquisition
