Rust Family. This family photograph is likely of Henry and Tina (Fisher) Rust and their oldest son, William Alexander Rust, because this photograph was taken at J. L. Skrivseth's studio in Hillsboro after ND statehood in November 1889, and before J. L. Skrivseth moved to Minot, ND, in 1905. In this photo, son William Alexander Rust, who was born on 23 October 1887, appears to be about age five, indicating that this photograph was taken in about 1893. Henry Rust's youngest sister, Mary Rust married Vincent Ludwig on 22 December 1892 at the German Lutheran church located in Bohnsack Township, Traill County. Vincent and Mary (Rust) Ludwig are great grandparents to Kay (Ludwig) Rotvold and Jack Ludwig of Hillsboro.
