As shown in the 1900 Traill County Atlas map for Norway Township, Norway School No. 3 was located in the NE Qtr. of Section 29 near the Goose River. In 1900, School No. 3 was one of five rural schools in Norway Township.
In the 1942-1943 school year, Norway School No. 3 teacher Lydia Overmoe reported attendances and grades for six students, including Dale Bakkum, Earle Bakkum, Lowell Fugleberg, Virginia Kaldor, Ardell Moen, and Bernhard Moen.
Lydia Overmoe's Teacher's Contract was signed on 15 August 1942 for $85 per month by Lydia Overmoe, Teacher, and by Raymond A. Hanson, President, and Elias Nysveen, Clerk, of the Norway District School Board.Acquisition
