Rev. H. A. B. Winther, Pastor of the Lutheran Free Church, Hillsboro, ND. Rev. Winther served the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Hillsboro from 1911 to 1917, leaving after accepting a call to a church in Climax, MN. In 1912, Rev. Winther was also serving as pastor of AAL's Church in Norway Township when it held it 40th anniversary on 10 August, as reported in the Hillsboro Banner. In 1936, the Lutheran Free Church building in Hillsboro was sold to St. John Lutheran Church, which moved into Hillsboro from its rural church location in Bohnsack Township.Cataloged By
