This 9" by 12", 442-page, red book titled: "Roy Johnson's Red River Valley: A selection of historical articles first printed in The Forum from 1941 to 1962" and edited by Clarence A. Glasrud and published in 1982 by the Red River Valley Historical Society, includes articles in Chapter V. on Caledonia, Frog Point, and Goose River Settlement (see book Contents, below). Roy P. Johnson was a reporter and historian, who passed away on 20 February 1963 (photo, below). One copy of this 442-page book is located on the "Traill County History" shelf in the Resource Room (3rd floor) of the Plummer House Museum in Hillsboro, ND.
