On 13 June 1952, Traill County Superintendent of Schools, Myrtle Oien, directed the 21st Annual Eighth Grade Graduation program for rural and consolidated schools was held at the Hillsboro High School Auditorium. The program for rural school graduates began at 2 pm with a Processional and ended with a Benediction and Recessional.
In 1952, the following rural and consolidated schools had eighth grade graduates.
