A folder of documents on the lives and descendants of Christ and Christiane (Martinsdatter) Hanson compiled by their granddaughter, Phyllis Hanson, who sent it to Aagot Nysveen in 2000, who wrote interpretive notes (D-1200). Christ and Christiane Hanson came from Iowa and settled in Hillsboro in 1890, where Christ worked in the local lumber year. They had at least five sons, Hans Hanson (m. Ingeborg Hustvedt), Casper Hanson (m. Laura Henning, daughter Phyllis Hanson), John Hanson (m. Mathea Sorum), Ole Hanson and Melvin Hanson. Phyllis Hanson included a six-page, hand-written story (D-1188) by her uncle Hans Hanson titled: "History of early days by Hans Hanson"Cataloged By
