In 1980, the City of Buxton, ND, celebrated its Centennial (1880-1980). For this celebration, a 9" by 11", 152-page, light-brown book titled: "Buxton Centennial Book, 1880-1980" was prepared by the Buxton Centennial Committee, edited by Robert and Lila Hauge (see book Title page, below). This book was dedicated "to those sons and daughters of the early settlers who have preserved the history of the town of Buxton in there diaries and memories" (see book Dedication page, below). This 152-page book includes a number of chapters, for example, a History of Buxton and Family Histories (see book Table of Contents page, below).
