Undated letter to Aurelia Stevens addressed "Dear Ma" from Mary Fuller.
"Warren O Wednesday morning
Dear Ma
I have seated myself this morning to write you
with regard to your coming down again to try the medical
Galvanism. I should have written before but I did not
Know anything with regard to Dr. _____ charges for I suppose
you know that Dr. Winter said to him immediately after
his return home Mrs. Perkins is _____Electric not as
pleasant as to be taken _____ tried to see Dr _____ at
last I have written for that unlit I see the _____
_____ breaking up as before they do. I wish you would come
down-I had sick children all last week & my baby isn't
well yet-I have just got a good girl-but I have not been able
to get my baby out of my arms a moment for the two first
days. I am afraid if you do not come right off-the roads
will get to be impossible & we can settle the preliminaries
after words. I would love to have the little girls come with
you but you will have more benefit to bring one at a
time. We have been talking of going up but have had sick
children & company last week there always is something
to hinder. There is nothing new _____ Laura to write by
you. It will do you good to come even if the battery failed
though it is said to benefit rheumatic complaints
I would love to have you come & calculate to stay all
night-I am in health have written with my baby
in my arms
Mary, B L Fuller"
