Description

World War I uniform leather leggings belonging to 2nd Lt. Russell D. Banks, who enlisted in April 1917. Banks was sent to an officers' training school at Ft. Bliss El Paso, TX. He was discharged on December 23, 1918. New straps were added in the 1980s.
