"To all to whom these presents shall come "
Greeting ;
" Know ye that I David Burson as
administrator of the estate of Nimrod
Wildman deceased , by virtue of an
order and d___es of the Probate
Court of the county of Columbiana
County, Ohio, made on the 8th day of
December A.D. 1861, duly authorizing
me by virtue of the proceedings _____
to sell the real estate of the said
Nimrod Wildman, dec, herein after
described ; and in Persuance of a
sale duly made, and reported to , and
confirmed by said court in the 16th
day of December 1861, and in
consideration of the sum of Three Hundred
dollars to me paid or secured to be
paid by Christine Wildman (widow 20) of
Columbiana County Ohio , the purchase at said
sale of said real estate hereinafter descubed
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge,
do hereby grant, bargain, sell, and convey, unto
the said Christina Wildman her heirs and
assigns forever, by virtue and in pursuance
of the orders , decrees, sale confirmation, and
powers above refered to, a certain tract or
parcel of land situate in the County of
Columbiana and state of ohio and bounded
and described as followed,
To wit, Beginning at the south west corner
of the south half of the southwest quarter
of section eighteen, township fifteen, and
range four thence north nine chains four
links thence east thirteen chains fifty eight
links to a corner in the road ; thence
South Six and one quarter degrees west five
chains nine links to a corner in the road ;
thence South thirty and one half degrees
east dour chains fifty nine links to a
corner in the road thence west fifteen
boundary of the half quarter to the
place of beginning, containing 12 45/100
acers of land more or less, To have
and to hold the said tract or parcel
of land with the priveleges and
appurtances there of to her the said
Christina Wildman, her heirs and
assigns forever , In witness whereof
I as said administrator have hereunto
set my hand and seal this 16th day
of December A.D. 1861
