Dear Sirs(?)
You state in Baird & Huey(?) another 1 hr
increased costs of yourself at $.85 & the Shff's(Sherrif's?) at
$10.67 = making $11.52 - but you have not
stated the original costs. I have mislaid
the letter of Mr.(?) Lewis(?) & cannot tell how
much the whole costs are. Please give
me a full statement. _____ me the items of
the Shff's(Sherrif's?) increase. I want to see if he has charged
any poundage. I have been busy in court
as you should have rec'd the money ere
this. I do not wish to give you needless
trouble, but I want to know how much
to send & no more.
Yours respectfully
